Meet Melissa Soo Hoo

I provide individual and family therapy services for adults from a cognitive behavioral therapy approach. I rely on evidence based treatment and am passionate to learn new and effective techniques. As a clinical and health psychologist I believe in the importance of a healthy lifestyle on the road to wellness. My goal is to create a safe and healing environment that allows me to understand my clients’ concerns and expectations. From there we are able to work together so that my clients feels better and are able to live their lives more fully.
